Your 2019 HOA Board consists of Kenny Childers, Terry Killian, Sid Welch and Julie Young.
We look forward to serving and working with you during the coming year to continue to keep the neighborhood clean, safe and attractive.
Current HOA projects include:
- Updating and maintaining the website.
- Repairing and upgrading the entrance lighting.
- Upgrading the entrance landscaping and landscaping around the main detention pond.
- Addressing neighborhood complaints about speeding.
- Continued maintenance of yards and properties in order to keep the neighborhood looking good and property values high.
Upcoming events:
- Neighborhood yard sale September 28th.
- Annual meeting: September 17th at the neighborhood shelter.
As a reminder, you should not be letting dogs run loose in the neighborhood.
