Clarendon Estates Annual Meeting

Our yearly Clarendon Estates Home Owners Association meeting will take place on November 7th, 2013 at 7:00 PM at Sandy Plains Baptist Church.

The church is located at 5323 Union Rd in Gastonia (turn left exiting Clarendon Estates, road ends at the entrance to the church).

At the annual meeting, we will be voting to elect our new board members to serve the community for the 2014 calendar year.

Please make sure that you have returned your nomination form (this was placed in your mailbox and also attached to the reminder email) no later than November 1st, 2013 to the board at the following address:

2013 Community Easter Egg Hunt Photos

After being spoiled by the near 80 degree temperatures for the Easter Egg Hunt last year, I think we were all a little concerned about the low temps and forecast of rain for this year's egg hunt. However, the kids were all troopers and we managed to get it in between rain storms. The kids all had a great time, even with the cold and damp. As far as they are concerned, all that really matters is the candy!

The Easter Egg hunt is still on for today!

It looks like the rain should stop this morning, so we are still planning to hold the Easter Egg hunt at 2PM today. Please meet at the clubhouse lot and if it is too muddy, we will move to a grassier yard instead.

2013 Community Easter Egg Hunt

The annual community Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, March 23rd @ 2PM at the neighborhood club house.

If it rains on Saturday, then it will be held on Sunday, March 24th @ 2PM instead. Be sure to watch the website for updates, as any changes in the date will be posted here.

For each child that you will be bringing to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt, please drop off one dozen filled plastic eggs at 760 Cedar Hill Lane on or before Friday, March 22nd. There will be an Easter bucket on the front porch for the eggs. Please fill out the information below and include that with your eggs.

We're also going to have snacks this year after the Easter Egg Hunt. If you would like to participate in these extra festivities, please bring a kid-friendly snack that we can enjoy together after the eggs have been found. Drinks will be provided.

Flyers will be placed in your paper boxes this week or you can print the form below.
