Thank you to everyone who attended our yearly HOA meeting. The 2012 HOA board members will be Jim Ryan, David Rees, Matt Hermansen and Jim Warren.
Ron Thomas will head the Activities Committee (formerly the Social Committee).
The neighborhood watch captains remain unchanged.

Yearly HOA Meeting
Don't forget that the yearly HOA meeting will be this Saturday, November 12th at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be held at the Sandy Plains Baptist Church. If you need directions to the church, click here.

Volunteers needed for committes
We are currently looking for homeowners to help establish and run the following committees. You can contact us at Board@ClarendonEstates.com for additional information.
Social / Decorating [email the social committee]
This group would primarily be responsible for organizing community social events such as neighborhood parties, yard sales, etc. as well as decorating during holiday periods throughout the year.
Community Watch
If you see an actual crime being committed, a suspected crime or a threatening situation, call 911 immediately.
Become familiar with your neighbor’s, their vehicles and pay special attention to abnormal activity or vehicles in the neighborhood.
Tell a trusted neighbor to keep an eye on your home and to collect your mail while you are away.
