Community Picnic Photos

I think it's safe to say that everyone had a wonderful time at this year's community picnic! We had way too much delicious food, fantastic weather (especially compared to the horrible storm that came through just before the picnic last year), and were able to use the clubhouse structure for the first time. Although there is some remaining work to be done at the clubhouse to get it completely finished, we had shade, plenty of tables and a restroom - all of which made the picnic even more enjoyable.

Every single dish that I tried was wonderful. We truly have some great cooks in the neighborhood! If you'd like to share the recipe for whatever you contributed to the picnic, just send it in an email to Social@ClarendonEstates.com and I'll post the recipes here on the website for all of us to enjoy!

As the weather cools down, the board will resume the work to finish up the remaining items for the clubhouse. If you would like to volunteer to help out, just send an email to Board@ClarendonEstates.com to find out where you can pitch in. I know that any help would be most appreciated!

Community Picnic - This Saturday!

Our annual community picnic will be held at the clubhouse this Saturday, June 9th at 6PM. BBQ will be provided so please plan to bring a side dish or dessert to share.

So that we know how much BBQ to purchase, please RSVP to Social@ClarendonEstates.com by Wednesday, June 6th, with your family name and number of people who will be attending. If you would also like to include the type of food you are planning to bring, we will add a list to the website.

If you did not already receive an email with this information, then you are not on the neighborhood email list and are missing out on valuable information! Send an email to Social@ClarendonEstates.com with the subject "Mailing List" to be included in future community emails.

Don't forget that the community yard sale is next Saturday, May 19th starting at 8AM. Any help you can provide to spread the word is very appreciated!

Community Easter Egg Hunt

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's community Easter Egg Hunt!. After rescheduling due to a soggy Saturday, we had perfect weather on Sunday with lots of sunshine and near 80 degree temperatures. All of the children had a fantastic time finding eggs and checking out the goodies inside. After the eggs had been found, everyone enjoyed some time together while they sampled a variety of delicious treats, provided by the participating families.

Emails containing photos have been sent to the families who participated. Please email social@clarendonestates.com if you attended, but did not receive your photos.

Community Easter Egg Hunt has been postponed.

Due to the rain this morning and uncertain forecast for later in the day, the community Easter Egg Hunt has been postponed until tomorrow, April 1st, at 2PM.

Community Easter Egg Hunt Details

Don't forget that the annual community Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, March 31st @ 2PM.

If it rains on Saturday, then it will be held on Sunday, April 1st @ 2PM instead.

Because the clubhouse is currently under construction, the Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 760 Cedar Hill Lane.

For each child that you will be bringing to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt, please drop off one dozen filled plastic eggs at 760 Cedar Hill Lane on or before Friday, March 30th. There will be an Easter bucket on the front porch for the eggs. Please fill out the information below and include that with your eggs.

We're also going to have snacks this year after the Easter Egg Hunt. If you would like to participate in these extra festivities, please bring a kid-friendly snack that we can enjoy together after the eggs have been found. Drinks will be provided.

Flyers have been placed in your paper boxes. If you did not receive a flyer, you can download it here or simply print the form below.
